Would not recommend for e-bike hire

点评：After calling the previous day to confirm that there were 3 e-bikes, we arrived at 9:30am & 3 members of staff (including the manager) confirmed that there were 3 bikes charged & available. They told us to come back at midday. When we returned 2hrs later we were told that there was actually only one bike with charge. When we asked to speak with the manager we were rudely asked by her “what’s the problem” and after explaining what we had just been told she said that they were working and she then left us to speak with her staff without sorting out our hire first. A third member then came to help us and once we were finally able to get on our bikes, we discovered that the brakes were not working adequately on the bikes. This was unsafe, especially considering that we were only allowed to ride them on the shared walking/bike path (which we were only told after payment) where it was extremely busy due to public holiday. The bikes were heavy and temperamental and not easy to control. Thankfully we were given a full refund however the customer service and product was really disappointing. We would not recommend for e-bike hire!
