点评：We were really excited to visit, as the place seemed interesting and full of potential. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. A major issue was that about 95% of the descriptions and audio guides were in German, which made it incredibly difficult to understand what we were looking at. It really hindered our ability to engage with the exhibits and get the most out of our visit.
Another downside was the signage. It was poorly marked, and we ended up wasting a lot of time trying to find the exit. Clearer directions would have made navigating the space much easier and more enjoyable.
The gift shop was also a letdown. Most of the products were labelled in German, so we couldn’t really find anything we could fully appreciate or take home as a memorable souvenir. It would have been nice if they’d offered more options for non-German speakers.
Overall, it felt like the experience was tailored primarily for German-speaking visitors, which made it less enjoyable for anyone who doesn’t speak the language. I'm not sure if audio translators were available, we didn't see any and weren't offered any.
