点评：The small-business feel really makes you feel at home, the owner spoke to us with so much enthusiasm and genuinely set the tone for the entire experience. It’s clear she leads by example, because the whole CrabApple MA team was incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The team did a fantastic job explaining all of the safety measures and making sure the guides and rafters were paired up well. Our guide, Eli, was absolutely amazing. He didn’t feel like just a guide—he felt like family! He vibed with our conversations, was extremely engaging, and most importantly, was clearly very well trained. He made everyone feel safe while still making sure we had an absolute blast.
CrabApple MA really knows how to serve up a good time and FOOD IS INCLUDED WITH BROWNIES AT THE END! We had an unforgettable experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving them a try!
