点评：We went once and got refunded once.
I advise you not to book online but in person bc otherwise they add a surcharge of €1.44 per ticket and they don't refund it if they cancel the event.
I also advise you to bring your own drink.
The buffet is not capable of handling the load and even though we were among the first, they ended up serving us so late, that when we drank only half of our little glass, in about 2 minutes they started to tell us to leave them (and we saw that many ppl were forced to leave their glasses half full), because they would not let ppl in once the doors were closed.
For younger ppl, be advised that 99% of the audience is 60+ for a classical concert here. The atmosphere of the building is also old-timey.
If you book, book early, because the seats are mostly taken and the acoustics are quiet from the 2nd floor, probably even from the 1st.
I think it should be best from the 10th-15th row on the ground floor, to have a great experience.
Seats are numbered not consecutively but 1-3-5 on one side 2-4-6 on the other, so don't worry if the numbers don't look like they are next to each other.
