A tour for the standard tourist but nothing special

点评：We were really excited about doing this tour. We were aware that the dolphins are wild animals and that you might not see any on a tour. What bothered us about the tour done byJervis Bay Wild was that we drove through Jervis Bay for about an hour without seeing any dolphins. After about three quarters of an hour, the trip was slowed down and boom netting was offered to passengers who had paid a supplement. Boom netting meant that the trip continued for about 10–15 minutes at a reduced speed. When we finally saw dolphins just 20 minutes before the end of the tour, the vessel turned off from the animals after only 5 minutes and drove back to the harbor.
I had hoped for seeing dolphins for more than 5 minutes, and I was particularly sad about that so much time was lost with the boom netting, which is not necessary for a dolphin tour. It would have been better to continue at the same speed and in the end everyone would have had more of the dolphins. If you want a really touristic tour with action (boom netting), this provider is definitely the right one for you. But if you prefer to watch the animals and want to do this over a longer period of time, this is in my opinion the wrong place. Presumably, if the dolphins are sighted earlier in the tour, you may have more time to observe the animals.
