点评：Fair warning: We visited as a group and expected to pay the advertised per-person admission fee. However, upon arriving at the entrance, we were surprised to see an additional 600 pesos added to our total. When we asked what the extra charge was for, we were told it was for a tour guide.
Since we were only there to have lunch, we politely declined the tour guide. After we questioned the charge a few times, one of the staff members abruptly took the admission receipts from the group member handling our payment and walked back to the entrance tent. The other workers then began giving our van disapproving looks, and one male staff member appeared visibly angry as our group member returned to the van.
Even our van driver questioned why a tour guide would be necessary just to eat lunch. While we were in the cafeteria area, I observed other visitors and noticed that although a few had tour guides, the majority did not.
From what we experienced, there also didn't appear to be any historical, cultural, or educational component that would make a mandatory tour guide necessary. We came to enjoy the scenery and have lunch, and there was nothing that suggested a guided tour was essential to the visit.
My main concern is the lack of transparency. We had researched the attraction beforehand and knew there would be an entrance fee. However, there was no posted pricing at the entrance and no sign indicating that a tour guide was mandatory—or even available as an optional service.
The experience felt misleading, and the staff's reaction when we declined the additional charge made it even more uncomfortable. I sincerely hope the admission fees are being used to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the area, but the lack of clear pricing and communication left us with a poor impression.
