Great 7 day Harley Davidson tour.

点评：Just came back from a 7 days Harley Davidson tour which was great.
Communication with Alan the owner was easy and fast with great advice if needed, we had a brand-new Harley Davidson Sport Glide (all HD bikes in his fleet are new) which was optimized for dual riding which my wife highly appreciated.
Due to circumstances the other members of the tour had to cancel so we ended up with a private tour with David the tour guide (according to Alan they never cancel a tour), which was in the end a blessing. Even though the tour doesn’t mention it, in my opinion the tour isn’t really suitable for people who aren’t used to drive on the Thai roads with a big bike as the tour can be changeling and even a little bit dangerous in some cases if you are not an experienced rider on Thai roads. Luckily David always mentioned the road conditions for the day and if we were feeling confident about the proposed route as you are riding between 200 and 350 km a day driving on twisty mountain roads. As we were on a private tour we were free to change the route and places to see which we did on some days. We ended up driving over 1600 km on beautiful mountain roads with what I was told 3000 hairpin curves. The hotels were in general fine, some great ones and some which I wouldn’t choose personally but they were always clean and the food was also always good and sometimes even great.
Can I recommend the HD tour?, A definitely yes if you are experienced on the Thai roads and if possible I would book a private tour, so you are flexible and can adjust the day trip if you wish to do so.
