ATG lounge - It's rubbish, cringy and completely overpriced

点评：If you're thinking of 'treating' yourself to use of the ATG lounge before seeing a performance, think twice. It's shockingly overpriced while at the same time being dated, pokey and completely lacking atmosphere.
We had 2 tickets for Russell Kane with a "Diamond' package.
So, what's included?
Entry into the Ambassador Lounge up to 90 minutes before the show and during the interval. But it sucks the life out of your theatre experience and is so cringy.
Apparently, a typical Diamond package includes a half bottle of champagne, cheeseboard and an ice cream, with private washroom and cloakroom available at certain venues. At Aylesbury, you find out once you arrive that there is no cheeseboard, just two portions of crisps!! And you use the same washrooms as everyone else.
You'll be forgiven for thinking that it's all some sort of practical joke, but it isn't. Our tickets were £112 each, bought because that's all that was left. Never, ever again will we fall for this total con, they should be ashamed of this.
