点评:Which doesn't mean one shouldn't go to Tula to explore it! I did it on a velvet September weekday. Alone.
Compared to its Moscow sibling, this Kremlin looks sort of solitary which is, in my opinion, an advantage. The complex is expansive, very well maintained, even spotless and boasts the majestic Assumption Cathedral meticulously restored to its former splendor and purely overwhelming inside. Taking a nip to the corner nestling a replica of the ancient wooden quarter may be a good idea while visiting a lovely International Gingerbread Museum—listed here as Muzey Mezhdunarodnogo Pryanika—is an absolute must! All this suggests an English-speaking guide since Tula is not the place where people routinely command foreign languages.
There are other museums and attractions there but I do not think they are as exciting as the ones I mentioned.
Admission comes at a fee everywhere but tickets are ridiculously cheap.
Parking inside is prohibited, finding a place nearby may be a challenge, especially in high season and during the Christmas holidays.
