点评:READ everything on website and very disappointed when we got there, rules stated on site are not what your told after paying $20 per person. This is not disability friendly place. And they should have rules posted on site, after a 2.5 hours drive, to find the rules are different at the springs is very disappointing.
A service animal can't go in water-that is understood as the responsibility for the service animal's safety, and keeping area clean, as site stated. When the disabled owner is in the water that animal CANNOT serve you because of rules state on web site-we were fine with and had planned for this. As a disable person I brought a spotter for in water. Figured if we could see dog and she was safe, and I was in water safe we were able to enjoy the experience.
At gate rules are different we can't leave the dog alone, so that removes the experience and we left park after a short visit due to being shamed for leaving dog. The rule doesn't work for the disable.
Along with the ramps are very slipper without out any warning, again a danger for those with disabilities
A total disappointment, what could of been a lovely day out turned to one of shame and being signaled out as being disable.
