Mixed Feelings about price point.
Forest Nature Spa的点评
点评：We recently booked the couples’ half-day spa package as part of our honeymoon celebration. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing experience — the treatments were enjoyable, and the team was warm and welcoming. The food itself was also tasty.
That said, given the price of R3,970, we did expect a slightly more elevated and memorable lunch experience to be included. We weren’t offered a menu or given any options to choose from, and we had anticipated something a bit more “special occasion” — perhaps a choice of dishes or a more substantial main course.
This was a significant splurge for us — more than we have ever spent on a spa experience — and we chose it specifically as a honeymoon spoil. Because of that, our expectations were naturally high, particularly in terms of the overall value and attention to detail that would match the premium price point.
We do understand that the venue has recently relocated, and we truly did enjoy our time. We simply wanted to share this feedback, as we feel the dining element could be refined to better align with the cost and the celebratory nature of the package.
