点评:This is second time we went to Keel and Curley. First time was fantastic grest service and great food. So we returned with son and daughter-in-law. Management has decided to go phone download to get menus nd order. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in 20 years. After figuring out how to order. Food arrived ibefore drinks. By the time drinks arrived food was cold.. server was very sorry and I don’t blame her . I. Asked her what the wait staff thought of it and she said they all hated it because this happened frequently .The automated system is horrible. So I called management over. Told him what happened . I’ve traveled all over the world and know good service. He didn’t offer anything . I wasn’t looking for anything. Said until service was changed back to traditional service I would not be coming back. He responded they would,not change. To bad, first visit was great.
