Great Family-Friendly Tour During Our Cruise Stop in Puerto Plata

点评：We went on this excursion with our family and friends during a cruise stop, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Marysol Tours organized a personalized tour for us, perfectly adapted to our interests and to the fact that we were traveling with small children.
During the day we visited Monkeyzoo, local plantations, the city of Puerto Plata, and the Amber Museum. We even had a lovely stop where we tasted fresh local bananas. It was a great mix of sightseeing, local culture, and fun experiences.
Our guide, Yinerisol, was outstanding – professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. We always had cold water and Coca-Cola available in the comfortable van, and we also got to taste Mamajuana and local rum.
We would also like to highlight the fast and responsive communication via WhatsApp before the tour, as well as the excellent driver who made the whole trip smooth and safe.
Another big advantage was that we avoided the crowds of cruise ship tourists, and the excursion cost us significantly less than booking the same type of tour through the cruise line.
Thank you for a wonderful day. We truly enjoyed it and hope to return to the Dominican Republic someday!
