First I’d like to start by saying that we met Tino 15 years ago when he took us to the Alux restaurant from Grand Sirenis. He stayed with us the whole time to ensure our safety and comfort. It was the coolest underground restaurant you will ever visit. This family is the kindest, nicest Mexican family you will ever meet. Coming back this year we once again had this family transport us from Grand Sirenis to a condo in Playa. Tino waited in the parking lot so patiently as we grocery shopped. Communication in English is absolutely perfect. Both Tino and his daughter Emy have perfect English. This family is honest and the rates are reasonable and in line with the going rates. I cannot say enough about the peace of mind we have using this family for transportation. The peace of mind you have when you know you are in good hands outside your own country is invaluable. If you have any transportation needs while in the Mayan riviera look no further. It feels like they are family.
