DreamWorks Water Park at American Dream的点评
点评：booked the Sky Box Suite for my daughter's 11th birthday. It's advertised as accommodating at least 12 people, and I paid $400 for it. Unfortunately, it was nowhere near worth the price.
As soon as we checked in, I noticed the curtains were falling off the wall. The furniture was worn out, torn, stained, and had holes in it. One of the chairs was so damaged that it had sunk in, and the springs were sticking through the seat. The fans provided were covered in dust and dirt, so they could barely circulate any air. The baseboards were filthy, with dirt, leftover food, and dried juice stains throughout the room.
I called for a manager using the assistance option on the TV. After paging them four times, it still took nearly three hours for someone to arrive. When the manager finally came, she immediately removed the broken chair and told me I would receive a refund for the Sky Box.
However, I still have not received my refund of $400.00 They also have not been able to provide me with a receipt showing the last four digits of the card the refund was supposedly issued to, which is very frustrating.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. The suite was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
