DreamWorks Water Park at American Dream的点评
点评：Our visit to the water park was frustrating for several reasons:
1) Stair B was not closed off, and it was only after climbing the entire way up that we realized the most extreme attractions were unavailable. This could have been easily signaled with a simple chain to prevent people from wasting their time.
2) Understaffed: There were few employees, and they had to rotate between attractions, meaning several of them remained closed throughout the day.
3) Water quality: There was an excessive amount of chlorine and some other substance that caused skin itchiness.
4) The bathrooms were a total letdown: poor cleanliness, NO hair dryers, NO towels, and the shower water pressure and timer were very poor. Also, the 'large' lockers are actually quite small.
5) Children with Turbo Passes were allowed to stay on the attraction and ride repeatedly without exiting the gate. At 'Escada F,' for instance, they occupied the only two available boats indefinitely, while others had to wait in line.
6) The wave pool was restricted to only half its capacity, causing unnecessary crowding. I would like to understand the reasoning behind this. There were loose objects floating in the water, including a white t-shirt. Disgusting.
