Awful, rude and will ignore you if there is an issue.

点评:The trip from airport to our hotel was great. The driver arrived on time and they had a car seat for our 1 year old. The trip to the airport however was not good at all. Customer service through Shuttle Direct was rude and not helpful at all. We could have paid WAY LESS using Uber instead of this service, but wanted to make sure we had a car seat for the baby, so we chose to pay more for this service. When the car arrived, there was no car seat, so my child was left unprotected for an hour drive. NOT OK. Not only that, the driver argued that there was no indication of a baby..even though the voucher from shuttle direct said “1 BABY”…then when I contacted Shuttle Direct regarding this, they claimed that I “did not request a car seat”. Wouldn’t paying for a baby be the request for a car seat? When I asked where in the instructions did it indicate further action, they stopped answering my messages and wouldn’t take my calls. They are an awful service. Just use an uber! It’s literally $20 cheaper!!
