点评：Our overnight journey through the Kerala backwaters aboard Spice Routes – Pepper was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to India.
From the moment we stepped aboard, everything felt peaceful, authentic, and beautifully cared for. The boat was lovely and comfortable, the scenery was breathtaking, and the crew made the entire experience feel incredibly special.
One of our favorite moments was stopping at a small local fisherman’s shop along the way, where we chose fresh seafood. We brought it back aboard, and the chef prepared it for us — simple, fresh, absolutely delicious, and an experience we will never forget.
We spent the day slowly cruising through the backwaters, watching everyday life along the water, surrounded by palm trees, villages, fishermen, and that extraordinary Kerala landscape. There is something magical about experiencing this part of India from the water.
This was also part of a very special birthday for me, which made the experience even more meaningful. ❤️
