Oh dear what happened here?

点评：1. Your hotel wont go busy if someone makes a tiny sandwich at breakfast. Or 5 tiny sandwiches. No need to act so righteous about it - think about why people are doing this.
2. Perhaps people are making sandwiches at breakfast because you are serving cold eggs for breakfast and deep fried fish with bones for dinner. Accompanied with brown sludge that definitely cannot be called goulash. I don’t know what the deal with the food is at this hotel but it definitely looks like a -if it’s disgusting the won’t eat - scheme.
3. If a lift is going down, then god forbid a person would like to go up. Let’s say you are on the 6th floor and would like to go to the 7th floor and both lifts are going down. Well, best believe you will be going alllllll the way down just to go up again :) And stop everywhere even if the lift is full. :)
4. Paid for a 3 night stay, got access to saunas 1 time. Do I want to visit them more than once? Absolutely not. They are clogged with people who love sauna but only got one visit and therefore you are now forced to spend your limited time with other people who are scared to lose their access and would sleep there if they could. Also resulting in people being on iPads while people walk around naked. Yay, privacy.
4. No need to act like you are doing me a favour when I just checked in and you have to change my pillow case as it is covered in snot like substance.
5. If a room is for 2 people and I paid for two people, I expect an adequate amount of supplies, like slippers. Which is 2 pairs, unless we are meant to share?
6. Why hair ties cost 25 euros is beyond me. Absolutely stupid and just gives a bad impression.
7. And finally. The receptionist saying: “ Well you are kinda late but you are just wasting your own time” at 6pm is rude. Sorry if I had to visit my grandmother I am sure coming to the hotel at a time you deem acceptable is more important. Horrible staff.

4. 付了三晚的房费，却只获得了一次桑拿的使用权。我会想去不止一次吗？绝对不会。那里挤满了喜欢桑拿却只来过一次的人，所以你现在不得不和那些害怕失去使用权、恨不得睡在里面的人一起度过有限的时间。结果就是有人在玩iPad，还有人光着身子走来走去。真是讽刺，隐私啊。
4. 我刚入住，你就得帮我换枕套，因为上面沾满了像鼻涕一样的东西，你还装出一副在帮我忙的样子，真是没必要。
5. 如果房间是双人间，我也付了双人间的钱，我希望房间里有足够的用品，比如拖鞋。拖鞋至少应该有两双，除非我们得共用一双？
6. 我实在搞不懂为什么发圈要25欧元。简直愚蠢至极，只会给人留下糟糕的印象。
7. 最后一点。下午6点，前台接待员居然说：“你来得有点晚了，不过你只是在浪费自己的时间。”这太没礼貌了。如果我必须去看望祖母，我很抱歉，但我相信在您认为合适的时间抵达酒店更重要。员工服务态度恶劣。
