点评：No cars in the parking lot should have been the first indication that this wasn't a place to visit. We paid our entrance fee and went to look at the cenote. First we stopped at the showers to rinse before getting in. The showers didn't work. We told the staff and made up excuses and told us to use the facilities as they are. We were bothered by workers walking around there asking us to buy drinks as we went to cenote. We took one look at the cenote after hiking down and saw the dirty stagnant water. The water didn't look inviting or even safe. The water was still and had a huge layer of debris on the surface. Without having working shower facilities, there was no way we could wash off even if we decided to go in. We went back to the check and asked for our money back. They refused and said we took to long as we looked at the cenote. Even after explaining to the check in about the lack of showers, they didn't care. Staff was rude and not at all helpful. As for the park and grounds, there wasn't much else there to see. Save your money and go someplace else.
