点评：We booked Shine Charters for an exclusive family day out, to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. Unfortunately, they had to cancel due to weather conditions. We made the full €2,700 payment for the trip up front and were told we would receive a full refund if we couldn’t go ahead. Now, almost 6 months later, we have finally just got our money back, and only because our bank manager really pushed to get the transaction reversed and we managed to get a lawyer in Athens to contact the gentleman concerned. We were in contact with him consistently over the last few months, he kept pretending he had sent the money, sending screenshots, feigning surprise that we weren’t receiving the money, until it became clear he had no intention of returning our money. So frustrating and shocking to see such a total lack of integrity and honesty. If you must use them, don’t pay up front unless you are prepared to lose your money!
