点评：You need to decide when choosing to go whether you want to watch the shows or stand in exceedingly long lines for food. You really can’t have a positive experience trying to do both. When standing in food lines be prepared to stand in multiple lines to get the different food selections. Food line selection is unpredictable since every selects a line in the hopes it will move quickly. Because the lines are so long I witnessed several times one person in line and when they were second in line to be served then multiple family members would join them in line which changed the reality from person to six in front of you. This only matters in the prospects of what line you would’ve selected if the entire group would have been in front of you. If you are going to partake in alcoholic beverages, those lines are separate from the food lines. There does not appear to be enough serving or food preparing staff to move the lines adequately. As a couple, one of us would stand in line while the other one was actually watching the show. It didn’t make sense for us both to stand in line, so we would take turns. This left us with a less than favorable experience because we didn’t get to see the shows together. So this taught us to plan to come and not eat at the festival. Even the lines for jerky and pickles was so long that you would miss the shows if you needed to stand in that line. I saw the pretzel person only once during the entire day. As others have mentioned, there is very little shade offered, so hydration and sunscreen are a must! The shows are good, especially Hey Nunnie Nunnie! Kudos to the staff that maintain the restroom facilities-they do a good job on keeping the facilities running smoothly.
