点评：I wanted an ayurvedic treatment and luckily Aneesh managed to fit me in on the one day I was at a hotel in Marari Beach. He was sweet enough to pick me up on his scooter at the hotel and then arrange for a rickshaw to drop me afterwards when I was done.
I had the 60 minutes sports massage with Pushpa. That woman can work wonders. For several months, I had been waking up with low back pain and could actually feel the tight muscular knot causing it.
Pushpa kneaded her way through the muscle fibers and pushed at the trigger points. She really stretched and targeted that muscular knot and kicked it out of existence. And then she followed it by potli massage (kizhi) by using heated pouches dipped in oil to help with tissue relaxation and circulation. It was so painful but yet so good.
This was followed by a herbal facial that was just fantastic. Pushpa massaged my entire face with her expert technique. And then she used herbs and oils to deep cleanse and rejuvenate the skin. She ended up the process with a herbal mask. So good!
