Incredible 10-Day Huayhuash Circuit: Best Guide and Best Value!

点评：I just completed the 10-day full Huayhuash circuit today with a group of five friends, and we cannot recommend Hector and Unlimited Expeditions highly enough!
After completing the 5-day Santa Cruz trek and Laguna 69 back in 2025 with Hector, my expectations for the Peruvian Andes were already very high. Hector and his crew completely exceeded them.
When we were in the planning stages, I reached out for several price quotes. Hector offered the cheapest rate, but more importantly, he was completely transparent. There were absolutely no hidden fees. All the village entrance fees along the route were already factored in, which made budgeting completely stress-free.
The trek itself was fantastic, but what truly set Unlimited Expeditions apart was Hector’s local knowledge. He didn’t just stick to the standard crowded trails; he took us on exclusive side trips that other trekking groups entirely missed. Thanks to him, we hiked up to a summit with a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view and visited a stunning alpine glacier where we had the entire place to ourselves.
Beyond the guiding, the logistics were flawless. The food provided throughout the 10 days was excellent and gave us exactly the fuel we needed for such a demanding hike. The level of service from the entire crew was top-notch from start to finish.
If you are looking for an affordable, transparent, and unforgettable trekking experience, Hector is your guy. I am already planning to come back to Peru for the Alpamayo trek, and without a doubt, I will be booking with Hector and Unlimited Expeditions again!
