点评：We booked 3 days with SalentoEasy to take the hassle out of seeing the interesting parts of Salento. So much more relaxing having someone else worry about the itineraries (and the Italian driving!). Mauro came up with a good 3 day plan which we tweaked slightly according to our preferences. As well as our driver we had a different specialist English speaking tour guide each day. All were very knowledgeable and personable. The days were full, and to be honest a bit tiring from sheer quantity of sights, information, and touring, but that was what we wanted.

When the itinerary says "aperitivo" don't be thinking what in English we call an Aperitif. Aperitivo is a *lot* of very nice food for lunch.

Definitely recommend SalentoEasy for anyone who wants to see lots and learn lots.
