Horse Riding with a Turkish Chauvinistic Pig !!

点评：Steer well clear of this company, terrible customer service and also do not stand on agreed prices.
My wife and daughter wanted to do the horse riding trip, we opted for the 5.30pm - 7.30pm.
The lady that carried out the booking described a total different experience to the one that took place on the trip.
She described how they would be able to swim with the horses, in the water and various other activities along a 2hr excursion.
On arrival they were met by what my wife has described as a Turkish Chauvinistic Pig, who only had time for the locals on the trip, and offered very little in terms effort to converse and spoke little English (not that much of an issue) as the other lady assistant tour guide spoke broken English and got by.
Unfortunately my daughter was kicked by one of the horses along the trip and now has a badly bruised leg, the chauvinistic pig just told her to carry on as his horses don’t kick, this then led to a stand off with my wife, the chauvinistic pig and the assistant tour guide who saw it all happen.
He never even asked if my tearful daughter who had been kicked was ok.
In 35*c on the trip no refreshments were offered and we had paid £170 (English pounds) for two people to attend the excursion, absolutely pathetic.
When arriving back to sarigerme, to make a complaint the lady wasn’t interested as she had taken her money, she went from speaking English on the booking to now not understanding our complaint, the booking agents response to our complaint was we should have ended the trip, however in the middle of nowhere and no access to transport again a very pathetic reply.
I’m looking forward to seeing this lady prior to our departure from our otherwise fantastic holiday.

回到萨里格尔梅后，我想去投诉，可那位女士根本不感兴趣，因为她已经拿走了我的钱。她一开始还能用英语与我们沟通，现在却完全听不懂我们的投诉内容了。预订代理对我们投诉的回应是：我们本应该提前结束行程。然而当时我们身处荒郊野外，连交通工具都找不到，这样的回复实在糟糕至极。
我倒很期待在结束这次原本无比愉快的假期之前能见到这位女士。
