Outstanding planning, heartfelt care and an unforgettable journey

点评：I traveled almost across all of Namibia on a 20-day tour from December 4 to December 23, 2025. I started this trip highly pregnant and, to be honest, I had some concerns at the beginning – especially because I was traveling alone.
From the very first contact, Dona and the whole team at Serene African Adventures were incredibly caring and supportive. They were always aware of my situation and treated it with a lot of sensitivity, calmness, and genuine care.
Because of my pregnancy, the planning was very thoughtful. At every stop, they made sure there was medical access nearby and that I knew where the next doctor or hospital would be if needed. I always felt prepared and informed. Someone from the team was reachable at any time, day or night, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during the journey.
This level of care allowed me to really relax and enjoy the trip, even though I had been a bit worried before starting. I never felt alone or unsafe.
My guide, George, was also amazing. He was kind, attentive, patient, and always made sure I was comfortable. He went out of his way to help and support me, and I truly felt looked after every single day.
Overall, the trip was exactly what we had discussed during planning – and honestly even better. I have nothing negative to say. I can genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend Serene African Adventures and would trust them again without hesitation.
