点评：Worst holiday ever. It was a route march coach tour. Hotels and food were maybe just above youth hostel level. One was behind prison type walls within feet of the motorway! Coaches had broken seats. Verandas had broken glass and one plastic seat between 2. Showers were dirty. No hospitality trays so not even allowed to make a cup of coffee in your room, only paper cups allowed. No choice for food and refused to say what type of meat it was! Wine served in cheap plastic cups. Could not go on most trips because I cannot walk at a fast pace, so missed Rome and Pompei. Trip to Sorrento was total of 45 minutes. Most trips we paid for turned out to be free entry anyway. RSD have no concept of the truth, it's all about how to screw as much money as they can by doing everything as cheaply as possible. Even the radios the guide gave you did not work! Could go on but hope you get the picture. I have reported them to EASS, Rip of Britain and ABTA. They discriminate against people with walking limitations by refusing to carry their own walking aids, then making them hire them!
