点评：I booked an expedition with Bolivian Journeys (owner Marco Antonio Soria Ortega) to climb Pequeño Alpamayo and Huayna Potosí with importance placed on submitting Pequeño Alpamayo. I paid $700usd for the exisiting plus $50 usd for gear. We were unable to summit Pequeño Alpamayo because the owner and guide elected not to bring appropriate jackets for the summit attempt and we were turned back only by light snow. For me this shows a massive lack of care and professionalism.
After the trip, I learned that many small groups (around three climbers) summiting Huayna Potosí typically pay 700–1200 BOB (~$80 USD) for the exact same experience I had, and that other companies offer Pequeño Alpamayo for $300–400 USD. I strongly recommend others to avoid this company.
