Avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT VISIT!! We stood in a queue to meet Santa for 90 mins that didn't even move so we had to give up waiting and had 3 very disappointed children. Clearly only had 1 santa working and let too many people in the park that there was no way that everyone would be able to meet santa. Long queues for everything and no wait times communicated to manage expectations, else we would never have wasted the 90 minutes we did waiting for santa. Very limited activities and if it wasn't for the waiting in queues would have everything done within an hour, tickets are so expensive and they charge you extra for some activities in there, a complete rip off!! We complained on the day and were advised a manager would contact us to give a partial refund given it was impossible to meet santa, I waited 7 days and then left a review on Google, to which I recieved a response on google asking me to contact via email agreeing that our experience was unacceptable, I have since emailed twice and have now waited 3 weeks and not had a response. They were clearly happy to apologise publicly to my review to look good but will not take any action. I am beyond fuming about our experience and now this shocking experience since that they are just avoiding all contact that I make. Avoid at all costs!!!
