点评：We think the Tourist Information Office in Stadthaus is one of the best we have visited while in Europe. We visited once in June and again in December and found the staff very pleasant and genuinely helpful. The staff were very knowledgeable about events happening around the city and were even willing to help us purchase tickets to the ice hockey game happening in Neu Ulm the next night. We also found out about a Christmas concert we would not have known about if we did not visit them and also found out where there were free toilets nearby in the city hall parkade.
The city hall has some exhibition spaces, restaurants and shops. There was a terrace here which gave us a view of the square but the view of the church was obstructed. We would recommend starting your exploration of Ulm at the Stadthaus and specifically the Tourist Information House inside to help get insider tips and find special events during your visit to Ulm.
