Poor customer services and poor updates re online purchase
Towsure的点评
点评：We have purchased from two several times both online and when visiting the store spending well over £1000 last time when we purchased a suncamp air awning. We did ask if a general internal bedroom attachment would fit and were assured it would. However it didn’t but put this down to experience and decided to buy the external awning extension.
As we had always had good service and Towsure had the awning we wanted ordered online for pick up
Nothing on the website indicated that the item wasn’t in stock or needed specifically ordering from the supplier.
However, ten minutes after taking my money I received as email to say it wasn’t in stock but I could collect the other items ordered.
Because of the distance I called and was assured the item wasn’t old be in within a week or so. It was agreed we would pick up all items together.
Called two weeks later to be told it still wasn’t in stock and the girl I spoke to had no idea when it would come in.
As we needed this for a family trip in August I asked if it wasn’t available in time could I get a refund, was shocked at how uninterested they were and how quickly this was agreed.
Upshot called another company who went out of their way to check stock and contact Suncamp who delivered the next day.
Disappointed with the customer services from Towsure and unlikely to shop with them again.
