Awful place lacking in any type of customer service

点评：The setting - once you negotiate the rickety footbridges onto the group of pontoons that make up this venue, is pretty decent- well located right under the bridge, romantically lit, it’s got a lot going for it.
Sadly my problem comes with the service- it’s amateur, slow, appalling, totally lacking in any pretence of customer service……
Frankly, everything all evening was too much trouble….
When they forgot one dish from our order, and we pointed it out to them when they were trying to get us to vacate our table, it was delivered late, without even a word of apology.
When we tried to pay, they wouldn’t accept my cash as one of the 20 dollar notes had the tiniest rip in it.
Getting my change took fifteen minutes
Never once did the word “sorry” come our way from any of the many servers we ended up dealing with
I won’t be bothering them with my custom again . If they do read this, I’d suggest some urgent customer service training for your staff….
