点评：I paid for meet & greet service in DEC 2025 for a trip in MAT 2026 but cancelled the next day b/c I found a different company that provided more services such as free baggage handling which FA charges for. I had no email responses. I did get through by phone twice. The first time I was told the cancellation had to be sent by email. After sending three emails, I got through a second time. The representative said he would send an email for me to respond to which I did. No response. I followed up over the next few days still no response. Aiso my calss stopped being able to get through. The message: "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I am pretty sure the company was blocking my calls. My cancellation was within the company's terms of trade, but Assist Me would not honor them. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to lose your money. I paid by debit card so disputing a charge is difficult.
