In the elephant safari you are just helping the ecosystem as there isn't much in it. Short ride , they make you feed the elephants , paid of course , take you around a patch of land, show a few rhinos from a distance and unless you have a telephoto lens on your cameras,one can't see the birds. Don't waste your time or money on binoculars as they need a stable situation and elephants aren't stable. Another point be carefull of your watch dial as there is iron rail on the harness that can damage it. Don't carry any plastic as the bags are checked .
Jeep safari is totally worth it , and there are a lot of animals lots of birds and if you are lucky tigers to be seen. Also the guides make you see and stop the jeeps.
For both i suggest invest or take a compact DSLR set it to auto mode and take as many photos on zoom mode wherever needed. In the jeep take a mask as a lot of dust is kicked up. And if you have your own binocular get it along. Cameras are charged 100 rs and binoculars about 200 rs. A hat wil be very useful.
We got to see elephants wild ones lots of them , rhinos of course , deers , monitor lizards , wild rhinos , boars and yes a tiger . Lots of birds also .
Go for the experience not just for the Bengal Tiger .
In the end all such trips are a bit about what a tourist experiences , and helping the eco system . In the elephant safari it's the ecosystem largely. And of course one realises that no Earth isn't made for humans there is a life out there much more diverse that needs protection.

我们看到了很多野生大象，当然还有犀牛、鹿、巨蜥、野猪，以及老虎。还有很多鸟类。
