Bathrooms ruined experience

点评：First time attending the Marcus New Berlin theater with family who lives in town. With the joining pizza restaurant, game room, extensive meal, snack and beverage menu, I was overly impressed with the theater. Haven’t seen a Marcus theater like this from my town that is two+ hours away.
After the movie, there was a line for the women’s restroom. Totally normal. Out of 4-5 stalls, one toilet was clogged with too much toilet paper, garbage cans were overflowing and the stall I used had no toilet paper. The WORST thing for a woman.
After asking for the manager to let them know (perhaps they were not aware), a high-school student did their best to explain that the manager is coming and aware. They also explained that they don’t have enough lady workers and it’s a problem. Perhaps the whole facility is limited on workers, but an IDEA of having a guy stand at the women’s entrance to explain the bathroom is quickly being cleaned or put a sign in the entrance to say closed for 5 minutes to clean, is a thought. The second women’s bathroom was also described as disgusting from my family.
Ruined my night and impressive thoughts of this Marcus Theater.
