点评:We booked a New Year’s Eve fireworks cruise on the 31st. Our flight from Lisbon was delayed by 3 hours, but we still managed to collect our tickets and reach the boarding area. Unfortunately, my girlfriend fell in the crowd while trying to catch up with me, and the cruise left without waiting even 2 minutes for her.
What made the experience worse was the complete lack of communication. The only email we ever received was the original booking confirmation stating we had to be there at 9:40pm, no reminders, no contact number, and no staff reachable by phone despite calling multiple times to explain the situation. When we explain this in the tickets office, the lady said you guys go on time for flights but you couldn’t come early for the cruise. Atleast airlines communicate with us and don’t leave us behind with one email sent on the day of booking out tickets.
There was no attempt to help us, no refund, and no alternative service offered. We were essentially punished for circumstances beyond our control. The cruise hadn’t gone far, and the fireworks only started at midnight anyway.
Overall, one of the worst cruise experiences we’ve had. Very disappointing service and WE DON’T RECOMMEND!
