点评：Very disappointing – extremely overpriced and poor service
We visited Aqualand Sainte-Maxime because we wanted to celebrate my grandson’s birthday and give him a really enjoyable and special day. Unfortunately, the whole experience was extremely disappointing.
The entrance fee alone is already very high at €33 per adult. On top of that, you have to pay another €6 for parking – even though the parking area isn’t even paved, but is basically just a dusty and dirty surface.
Once you have paid the entrance fee and are inside, the extra charges continue: you have to pay another €5 for each sun lounger.
We were particularly disappointed with the food and restaurant area. The selection was very poor, while the prices were quite high. The tables were extremely dirty. When I pointed this out to a member of staff, instead of someone cleaning the table, I was simply handed a few napkins so that I could clean the table myself.
Considering the prices charged here, I expect a completely different level of service and, above all, a reasonable standard of cleanliness.
Overall, in my opinion, the price, quality, cleanliness and service simply do not match. It was especially disappointing because we had chosen Aqualand to celebrate my grandson’s birthday and were hoping to make it a special day for him.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Aqualand Sainte-Maxime. I would advise other families to save their money and go somewhere else.
