Amazing paragliding flight, disappointing customer service.

点评：Unfortunately my fabulous flight was let down by my pilot with very little interest in making it a memorable and pleasurable experience for me.
When I booked the trip directly at the Likya Travel shop I was introduced to the man who I thought was going to be my pilot. We discussed what would happen and what was included in the £100 price.
On the day of the flight I was picked up in a van outside the Likya Travel shop and driven up to the takeoff area. On the way up a person who I had never seen before asked my name and told me he would be my pilot.
After that we never spoke. He never told me his name, spoke about procedures or asked anything about me. Whether I was nervous or any questions I may have had.
As a pilot, I cannot fault his abilities and the flight was amazing.
However when I tried talking a little to him about his life it became apparent that he had political grievances and hardships that he was happy to impart.
Whilst I sympathise, it was not the customer service I expect from a company needing to offer a whole experience from start to finish.
