点评：I had a very good experience with Maui Aviators (MA) and highly recommend them.
I am a non-current Private Pilot and am pursuing renewing my license. My wife and I were visiting Maui and I thought I'd get some "dual time" and see Maui from the air. MA provided a very good pilot/instructor (Lewis) who gave me exactly what I wanted - to do most of the flying, get instruction and help where needed and provide some input on sightseeing. Lewis was very thorough, efficient, professional and humorous. The day we were there Maui had pretty high winds (gusts to 30+ mph). Lewis helped us work out a flight plan that minimized the turbulence (my wife was apprehensive about flying in a small plane (172)), yet perform basic maneuvers (for my benefit) and see sights. I was a bit apprehensive as I haven't flown in several decades, but through discussion and preflight procedure, Lewis gave me the confidence to do almost all of the taxiing, takeoff, flying and most of the approach. He did assist in handling the gusting, slight crosswind in landing. In the end, I gained confidence to proceed with renewing my license and my wife wound up enjoying it and thinking it was one of the best things we did on Maui.
Again, I highly recommend MA for anyone who wants to do any flying and/or get flight instruction from Maui.
