Avoid the Manor walk branch in…
Avoid the Manor walk branch in Cramlington shopping centre.
The Customer service is the worse I’ve every come across the personnel hygiene of the male employee is very poor he was very rude and had a could not care attitude and walked away from me.The so called Female manager was no better she even told me to go and stand against a wall when she could clearly see I’m disabled with a waking stick. She was also not prepared to talk with me, I was talking with other customers of my dissatisfaction when she order me out the store a customer of over 20 years loyalty she evening got out of her seat and pointed to the door and said out leave now when I wasn’t waking quick enough for her.
However the reason I went to this store I was told to come in by a male employee the day before because he was unable to talk on the phone about my complaint.
When I entered the store he could see I am disabled with a walking stick he took me to the end of the store to sit down passing other desks on the way.Only to be told he could help even when I gave him my password three times he was not interested in trying to sort out my problem.
In fact he was not interested in my complaint.
The BIG issue is I was was advised to take a new contact on my Phone by a member of staff as It was better,The contact was a sim only £10 a month It gave me more data I asked for it to be capped at £10 and it would include the 07/08 numbers like my old sim,
Well THE 3 STORE IN MANOR WALKS CRAMLINGTON FAILED to action cap on phone,hence addition charges
They also are charging more than the £10 contract agreement each month.
I Will of course contact their head office to see if they are willing to deal my complaint regarding the sim and the appalling Managers employee attitude.
If I could have scored 0 I would have done.
To All Old and New customers especially Disabled people stay clear of this store.
All I wanted was what I was promised in the contact.
If they don’t resolve my issue then the next stage will be the Trading Standards
I been with three for over 20 years and never I come across two employees like.
In my opinion these two the manager and employee should be removed from this branch. All employees should placed on a customer Training Program the management Should be placed on a training corse on Disability.
I’ve lived in cramlington for over 38 years and know a lot of people I will now not personally recommend the Three 3 stores or the products because of the experience in this store with the Female manager and employee, I will let everyone I Know from now on to avoid this branch of 3 Three
It also goes without saying as soon the 4 contracts held ends We will not be staying with 3.
