Great massage, kind staff, nice amenities!
Mandara Spa的点评
点评：Everyone at this spa made me feel welcomed! Kesha was my masseuse for my 75 min balinese massage and she gave an excellent massage! I usually get a deep tissue but they have so many options at this spa that I wanted to try something different and this was great. Cynthia was the spa attendant during my visit. I am a spa lover and she also really stood out as going above and beyond. She answered questions I had and checked on me while in the locker room if I needed anything. I has a great experience with front desk staff as well Shiloh helped me on the phone earlier in the day when I had a problem and Sarah (possibly manager?) made my experience extra special with their kindness.
This spa is beautiful! There is a rest area with a machine that makes on demand coffee/tea/etc and a little fridge stocked with cold water and juice. A pretty bowl of apples. Also locker room, steam room, sauna, showers and hot tub. I used all off the above. One downside is only 2 toilets! I was there late in the day when it is slower but when I first arrived there was a line to use a toilet which surprised me a bit. Five stars great experience!!
