点评：My wife was ‘drawn’ into this shop as we passed through KL on our way home to Manchester from Brough via Settle. The window display is fascinating. We were on the hunt in town for working public loos!
I meandered about outside until she waved me in. There I met Jac. It was refreshing to meet a retailer that is genuinely ‘open faced and friendly’. The shop is a treasure trove of… hard to describe really … really unusual and beautiful products. It’d be easy to ‘go mad’ in such a shop and leave spending oodles! But chatting with Jac was priceless. Genuinely nice chap, experienced and knowledgeable and’life’ … we chatted business post-COVID, politics, religion… etc. So refreshing to meet someone with sanity and sense in these crazy times!
Once home I read their ‘story’ in the website. (Go to ‘Stories from the Store’ and the blog for 25 November) Read it yourself. You’ll warm to this lovely family that are more than a business.
I’ve said enough… visit if you’re in or around the area. 👍🙌 You won’t regret it.
