Wonderful experience. We Felt Very Looked After .

点评：The experience with One and Only was excellent in all aspects. They arranged 2 bespoke itineraries with driver for my husband and me, as we had a 4 day business visit in Colombo halfway through our trip. The hotels that we chose from the short list were all lovely - spacious, clean with delicious food. (Side note, if you want something really special stay at Flame Tree Hotel, 30 minutes outside Kandy).
I can't write this review without mentioning our driver, Mr. Mohan. Far more than a driver and guide - we felt like we had made a new friend. Mohan is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He genuinely made our visit to Sri Lanka very special. He always escorted us to where we were going, making sure that we were always ok and checked into our hotels without a problem before leaving us. He is full of information about his country and went above and beyond to make sure we experienced as much as possible of Sri Lanka, from Guavas sold at the roadside to navigating the busy tourists sites. Despite having a set itinerary Mohan was always happy and able to pivot to our needs. He can always find the two most important things: a coffee stop or a toilet! Thank you One and Only, but especially Mr. Mohan.
