The team that provided exactly what we wanted from a well organised tour.

点评：Wow ...what an experience. The team at One & Only Travels were excellent from beginning to end. We didn't know where to start on organising a two week tour how the program went well. We made some tweaks and tried to avoid spending all our time unpacking and packing at hotels. We were met at the airport by our excellent guide Madhawa who had excellent knowledge on culture, history and the environment. Be clear to the team on what you like and what you could possibly avoid. For example we wanted to visit the elephants at the Pinnawala Orphanage whilst we heard that visiting the Temple in Kandy to see the sacred tooth was a crowded scrum to view so that was amended. The choice of hotels was generally excellent and our stay at Riff in Hikkaduwa at the end of a busy tour was fantastic. At every point Madhawa was on hand to help whether we needed to make a detour to convert money or visit a pharmacy. I guess my only comment to note on the tour agenda is to recognise that parts need a certain amount of physical fitness. One climb at sunset to Pidurangala had to be abandoned due the crowds at the top which involved some scrambling on a rock face so caution needs to be recognised. Overall I think Madhawa and the team at One & Only Travels gave the family fantastic memories of a beautiful Sri Lanka.
