点评：After travelling through India with several organisations over a period of several weeks, we can conclude that ABD Holidays is a travel organisation that is highly inadvisable.
They contact you daily until you pay the full travel sum, after which communication is extremely limited. They do not inform you of anything; you are expected to follow along like a cow in a herd. They forbid you from asking for additional information at the hotel, from other people, etc.
- They draw up an itinerary, but you have to pay extra for things that are included in the description. You cannot visit all the places because they do not check whether the places to be visited are open. No alternative is offered.
- The driver is not prohibited from sleeping in the car. (No personnel policy) After 8 days, this is extremely unpleasant due to the unpleasant odour caused by an unwashed driver. This is in addition to the driver yawning, burping and passing wind, which the organisation considers completely normal.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (which the driver could have avoided), no action is taken. You are left to continue driving from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following night, with one 20-minute break. The organisation then claims that its policy is based on safety and comfort. Here too, no consideration is given to the customer.
