点评：We had the most incredible time at the Bond Street Distillery Gin School in Hinckley. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel completely welcome, and the whole experience was brilliantly organised, engaging, and so much fun.
The session was the perfect blend of education and enjoyment. We learned all about botanicals, flavour profiles, and the art of distillation — but in a relaxed, hands‑on way that made the whole process feel accessible and exciting. The owners, Damion and Sally, were knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping everyone craft a gin that felt personal and unique.
The distillery itself is beautiful, with a warm atmosphere and great attention to detail. We loved being able to experiment, ask questions, and taste along the way. Walking out with our own bespoke bottle of gin felt like such a special touch and a brilliant memento of the day.
