Welfare is not top priority
Rand Farm Park的点评
点评：I was very disappointed by the animal handling areas at Rand Farm and left with significant welfare concerns. In particular, I observed rabbits, guinea pigs and tortoise being handled in open trays without meaningful opportunities to hide or withdraw from visitors, alongside other concerns regarding the way animals were being managed.
I raised these issues directly with management and provided detailed feedback, but unfortunately their initial response did not address my concerns. Despite several subsequent emails asking for clarification and an update, I have received no further response.
For a visitor attraction involving regular public interaction with animals, I would expect welfare standards, opportunities for animals to exercise choice and control, and concerns raised by visitors to be taken much more seriously.
