点评:I paid a big price in stress and dollars by booking my cruise port to hotel and the next day hotel to airport.
An hour before cruise pick up time we get an email with the driver phone number, his name, vehicle type, and license plate number.
We call to say we are in the football sized parking lot. No response, we reach out to my transfer and they say they cannot reach driver.
In the heat of the sun, limping from a foot injury we walk the entire parking lot looking for the vehicle. No luck! Then a driver shows up with my name misspelled and says he is the designated driver...
On our way to our hotel the driver tells us he is a “partner” the company, qthat our hotel will be blocked to vehicles in the morning because of. national parade. He takes my email and will contact me to set up a new time and learn action. We never heard back so I WhatsApp that same afternoon and see that my message was read but not responded to.
The next morning I get confirmation for a pick up 2 hours later then we had scheduled, they refused to assist us and said we would be no-shows, no refund of $100.00. No changes could be made within 24 hours of pick up.
Despite reaching out to head office all I got was a TOO BAD SO SAD….. NEVER AGAIN MY TRANAFER
