Staff makes it surreal
Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts的点评
点评：It was our very first visit to Cinnamon Wild Yala and we planned it with one big purpose of taking our 7 year old son for Safari.
Unexpectedly we had to leave Colombo late and we arrived at the hotel very late almost around 10.30 pm
But hotel FnB Manager Sahan called n informed us that they will arrange a separate menu for us, which was more than we could ask. The staff were very concerning n made our late arrival feel very welcoming.
Special mention to one of their long serving staff members Saman... Saman had been working at the property since 2013 n his face brighten ups when he sees the guests are enjoying.. his cocktails were out of this world n one evening he sent a pot of tea made by him for me and my son... couldnt ask for more... staff overall were very nice n welcoming.
Felt the menu could improve as it fulfills the overall experience.
They also had one of a life time experience and we were fortunate to have a glimpse of the telescopic view on the moon one night.. couldnt experience the whole thing but something to look forward to..

我觉得菜单方面还有改进空间，那样能进一步提升整体体验。他们也拥有了毕生难忘的体验；很幸运，有一天晚上我们得以窥见月球的望远镜视野。虽然没能体验全过程，但这也成了我们期待的事情……
